CDL was commissioned to provide design and construction drawings for 12 building apartment complex with a total of 256 Units ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom with an integrated 1,715 sf clubhouse and 9 separate garages. Additional outbuildings were also included in the design of this complex.
