CDL was commissioned to provide design and construction drawings for 10 building apartment complex with a total of 175 Units ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom with an separate 3,964 sf clubhouse and 9 separate garages. Additional outbuildings were also included in the design of this complex.
