This new 13,754 sq. ft. medical center building in Gahanna, Ohio, was designed for full-floor medical and dental offices. It was planned to be a two-phased project that included a mirrored second building connected to the first building via the two-story glass atrium entrance.

While the first building was under construction, a new clinic on the first floor was also installed. The space would be occupied by a dermatology and cosmetic surgery center, which included sterile procedure rooms, a laboratory, personal consultation rooms, and business areas. The second floor, which was constructed simultaneously as the base building, was to be a dental office consisting of operatory rooms, sterilization areas, a hygiene patient area, a business area, private offices, a conference room, and rooms for personal consultations.
