CDL was selected to work on a unique interior for this neurological disorder clinic in Westerville, Ohio. Our team was inspired by the concept of comfort and explored it as a way to create a more relaxed and calm experience for the patients in this office. We chose rounded forms, soft lighting, and warm colors to help create a cozy and friendly environment. Main areas included a reception area with a circular reception desk and an open waiting area, four-bedroom/exam room combos with high ceilings, and residential lavatory-type handwash stations, Interior features included arched doorways, warm finishes, and windows in each exam room. Some design elements that were required but were hidden include access for a gurney, medical-grade wiring, and adherence to patient privacy requirements.
