CDL was commissioned to provide design and construction drawings for a 17 building extended stay complex with a total of 240 Units ranging from 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms with an separate 2,549 sf clubhouse and 9 separate garages. Additional outbuildings were also included in the design of this complex.
