Nifco US Corporation hired our team to help renovate one of its properties into its new R&D facility. This 31,000 sq. ft. building had been used as a moving and storage company previously and had never been updated.
The office was renovated into an open office concept with separate research and development testing areas, conference rooms, breakroom, and huddle rooms. The warehouse plan would accommodate research and development labs, and a new mezzanine was built for future additional office space.
The total renovation included new testing areas, updating the office space, fully insulating the warehouse, installing HVAC throughout, and updating electrical systems.
