The Meadows at Scioto Reserve

CDL was commissioned to provide design and construction drawings for a 17 building luxury condominium complex with a total of 51 Units ranging from 2,801 sf to 3,953 sf with 3 bedrooms and attached garages. Each condominium included 3 different unit plans with additional options. A community pool was included as well.
