CDL was commissioned to provide design and construction drawings for 9 building extended stay complex with a total of 180 Units ranging from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom with an integrated 1,947 sf clubhouse and 5 separate garages. Additional outbuildings were also included in the design of this complex.
