Along the highly desirable scenic riverside edge of Upper Arlington, Ohio, our team prepared a Master Plan for an elegant business park. It would fit into the surrounding nature on the site using elements of stone, wood, and a neutral color palette. Five buildings were planned in total, each with its own programmatic requirements.
