This project involved designing a 300,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art corporate offices, R&D, and automotive manufacturing facilities for UBE Automotive North America. The manufacturing area was developed for the high-tech production of patented polished aluminum wheels. The office facilities included engineering offices, administrative offices, cafeteria, conference rooms, training rooms, computer rooms, etc.
