This new 214,200 sq. ft. Corporate Distribution Center was designed for Midwest Express, whose parent company is Honda Logistics. The new facility was oriented for easy access from the north and south directions and was designed with over 52 docks in its shipping and receiving area. The interior plan was an open office concept with a large conference room, five small meeting rooms, a cafeteria, a kitchen, and a special smoke room with separate ventilation system.
