All of our staff, including the principals and project managers, are proficient using CADD. We utilize computers extensively from schematic design to construction documents. Our design process eliminates the drafting time altogether as we design directly on the computer. It avoids the unnecessary mistakes and miscommunications with drafters. It also minimizes the time to check for accuracy of the document. The result is faster and more accurate construction documents.
Another important factor that makes our operation very efficient is the extensive use of electronic information transfer through the Internet. We not only exchange drawings through the Internet, but also get sets of drawings instantly by sending plot files to the printing company through the Internet. We transfer 3D renderings with e-mail to our clients for their review and everybody in our office has an e-mail address.
