The renovation of a previous Budget Car Rental building of 7,000 sq. ft. was the new home for the Airport Shuttle Bus Administration Building. The project’s interior required a complete gut and redesign to meet the shuttle bus administration’s operational needs, however, the exterior remained un-updated. Modifications to the site included extending new city sanitary line, installing a stormwater management system, and updating the lighting to meet FAA requirements.
